Guest Ratings & Reviews
I stayed at this hotel for a few days and had a mixed experience. The rooms were overly noisy due to the proximity to the reception area, especially late at night, but once inside, they were decent. The service had its ups and downs, from a failed airport pickup to a dedicated taxi driver who tried to make everything right. The location was a bit chaotic, making me feel unsafe at night, although during the day, it was conveniently close to key historical sites. The dining experience was a bit average, with limited breakfast options, but the rooftop restaurant had a great view. Overall, it was a somewhat average stay with both positives and negatives.
The hotel had large rooms right off the reception area, with a separate bathroom. Despite being super noisy, the rooms were spacious. The service was welcoming and super helpful with recommendations, but unfortunately, they failed to pick us up at the airport upon our arrival. The location was good, near the Plaza Mayor and other attractions, in the heart of the historical district. The dining experience was lovely but delayed until 9 am.
The hotel had a chaotic location but offered some beautiful rooftop dining options. The rooms were modern and spacious, but noise from the reception area affected our stay. The service was excellent, although we were let down by the failure to pick us up at the airport. The dining experience was good but limited by timing. Overall, it's a mixed bag with some highlights and disappointments.
